Day 2500 | Morning Yoga, 100 Bench Press, & Evening Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Sunday felt like the day where I really kickstarted things for a period with some great discipline. I woke up early to join a morning Hot Yoga class which went ok even though I'm having some pain in my right knee. I plan on joining more morning classes as it helps me give a reason to wake up and on monday will be the next one.

I also plan to do daily reps at least 100 bench presses at around 38 kg, the idea is that I always want to feel it the next day without being in real pain wich did the trick. I followed all the football matches and again did great on the betting

In the evening, I ended up going for a walk which made me do close to 14k steps on the day. Once back in my appartment I watched the latest Doctor Who episodes which was kind of a dissapointment.

Daily Food Diary May

I started out with a couple of dried figs before the hot yoga class, made some green pea pasta with tuna in the afternoon and also ate some Peanut butter right out of the jar. Aside from this I also ate 1 apple.

New Day Goals: I plan to join another hot yoga session in the morning, get in some productivity in the afternoon while doing some reps and keeping my eating clean. Take my supplements and drink plenty of water. In the evening I want to do a walk and go see sinners in the cinema.
