Day 2511 | Semi Off-Say

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Thursday turned out to be somewhat of an off day mainly because I planned to continue my hot yoga streak but the evening football match had an early kickoff so I was unable to join either the early 18:15 class or the late 20:15 class. So I skipped it and aslo was unable to resust the urge to eat going to the supermarket to get some toast bread which I made some Crocque Monsieurs with. I also kind of lacked the frive for activity and has one of the tennis matches on in the background while playing some Balatro on my ipad. The football match didn't fully play out how I anticipated especially on the corners and it was the last one of the season. Nown, there is some kind of void in the coming month which usually ends in some kind of black hole but I will try to make it work this year doing other things.

I did however get myself to go on an evening walk getting in a solid 14k+ steps on the day and watched a movie that I enjoyed in the evening.

New Day Goals: The aim on Friday is to join a hot yoga class, get a haircut and try to lower my food intake so I can get below 70kg again finally.
