Day 2515 | Healthy Eating, Evening Yoga & Walk

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Monday was an ok day initially having some laziness as I skipped on the morning hot yoga class. I did have a bit of productivity in the morning but also ended up in my coach with the tennis on the the background. I did spend some kitchen time making a healthy meal in Green Pea pasta with Tuna and some nutritional yeast along with 3 Mais Waffles with some tahin on top afterwards which were the only things I ate on the day. I also skipped the 18:15 class but did join the 20:15 class and followed that up with an extra evening walk which got me over 13k steps on the day.

So overall I had good discipline on the day

New Day Goals: I plan to make Tuesday another active day while having some quality family time and keeping my eating clean again. I will start off with some productivity, go for a swim, take our dog out for a 2-hour walk (in the weather allows it).
