Day 2651 | Football & Spaghetti

I started a challenge of taking 100 days off to mainly focus on my health and overall personal development and used this account as a personal blog to keep track of all my activity. I enjoyed it and continued afterward trying to build better habits and find a good balance between health, fitness, work, entertainment, and my personal life...


Saturday was a pretty regular weekend day where I did great on the Football betting where I am on a strong run this season. I didn't really do all that much aside from this and spend some kitchen time making Spaghetti which I all ate. In the early evening, I also went out to get some cookies and I played some balatro in the evening. The idea is to switch again to being more active and health / Weith loss oriented starting monday and limit the damage up to that point.
