Poco se habla del esfuerzo que muchas veces hacemos quienes trabajamos como Community Managers o Creadores de contenido. Estar al día con las tendencias, planificar contenido, diseñar, publicar y gestionar cuentas no es poca cosa y todo eso mientras intentamos también crear para nuestras propias plataformas o dedicarnos a algún proyecto personal o extracurricular.😮‍💨

Siempre he creído que una buena organización es la clave de todo. Me encanta planificar, hacer listas, llevar agendas… pero últimamente he sentido cómo distintos factores externos han empezado a desajustar esa estructura que con tanto cuidado y esfuerzo logré construir. Cuando esto pasa, una parte de mí siente que pierde un poco el control, y con él, la motivación.🙇🏻‍♀️

Lo cierto es que este tipo de trabajo, aunque es creativo y dinámico, también puede ser mentalmente demandante. No siempre se ve el detrás de cámaras, las horas frente a una pantalla, el constante cambio de ideas, los bloqueos creativos, o el simple hecho de tener que estar "conectado" todo el tiempo.⏳

Últimamente, he aprendido a hacer pausas, a reenfocar mis prioridades y, sobre todo, a ser compasiva conmigo misma. Porque no todo tiene que estar perfecto, ni todo debe estar hecho al mismo tiempo. Y eso también está bien. ❤️‍🩹

A veces necesitamos recordarnos que somos humanos antes que cualquier otra cosa. Que estamos haciendo lo mejor que podemos, y eso ya es valioso. 💫

Con este post quiero hacer un desahogo y reconocer el trabajo que hacemos quienes estamos detrás del contenido. El que se publica, el que no, el que lleva horas de ensayo y error, y el que nace desde la pasión, aunque a veces estemos agotados.

Porque al final del día, lo importante no es dejar de crear, sino dejar de cuidarnos 🤍.

People don’t talk enough about the effort we put in as Community Managers or Content Creators. Staying on top of trends, planning content, designing, publishing, and managing accounts is no small task and we do all of that while also trying to create for our own platforms or focus on personal or extracurricular projects. 😮‍💨

I’ve always believed that good organization is the foundation of everything. I love planning, making to-do lists, keeping track of things in my planner… but lately, I’ve felt how external factors have started to shake the structure I built so carefully and with so much effort. And when that happens, a part of me feels like I’m losing a bit of control and along with it, my motivation. 🙇🏻‍♀️

The truth is, even though this kind of work is creative and dynamic, it can also be mentally draining. People don’t always see the behind-the-scenes: the hours spent in front of a screen, the constant shifts in ideas, creative blocks, or simply the pressure of having to be “online” all the time. ⏳

Lately, I’ve been learning to pause, to realign my priorities, and most importantly to be gentle with myself. Not everything has to be perfect, and not everything needs to get done all at once. And that’s perfectly okay. ❤️‍🩹

Sometimes we need to remind ourselves that we’re human before anything else. That we’re doing the best we can and that alone is something to be proud of. 💫

This post is a little release, and a way of giving credit to all of us working behind the content. The posts you see, the ones you don’t, the ones that took hours of trial and error, and the ones born from passion even when we’re running on empty.

Because at the end of the day, what truly matters isn’t just to keep creating but to keep taking care.🤍
