Good day hivers! Your langqt was back again. For today's blog is we're going to harvest our Avocados. Let's gooooo!!!
Later that night, my sister uploaded some photos of our Avocado's for sale. Few hours there are a lot of people reserved and want to buy it. I'm so happy, finally I can get a load na HAHAHA.
At morning 8-9 AM, we started to the Avocado's. My Tatay climb at the Lomboy tree, because their is some Avocado's that he can grab easily. And at the part of Lomboy tree has a big Avocado's. No worries about my Tatay's position, because he's a coconut wine maker (manunuba/manananggot). He's experts in climbing coconut and other trees.
While I and my big brother climb at exact Avocado tree. I'm his assistant, while my big brother will grab then I'll put in a bag. Then my sister and her daughter was waiting for the Avocado, because she gonna kilo the Avocado.
I thought like we're just getting 10 or 15 kilos. But my sister said we're getting 30 kilos of Avocados😭. And I'm tired already but we need more pa HAHAHA! But the good thing is one Avocado was almost half a kilo. So in one there is only 2 or 3 Avocados.
Last year this Avocado tree has a lot of fruit. There are some branches was broke down. While this year, the fruit was not too many. But it was big fruit, unlike last year a lot of fruit but it's small. Actually this Avocado fruit was not all was ready to pick. There is some fruit was small and we need to wait for few weeks and it's ready to pick.
Then we're finally done picking, my hand was so tired by the rope. Because we put a rope in a bag so that we can up and down the bag and prevent the fruit being damage.
My big brother and sister will going to deliver the Avocados at Ilihan Public Market. Because the all the buyer was in the market. And we sell the Avocados for 30 pesos per kilo.
Few hours later, there are another walk in buyer. And they buy as long as they can. And they said will only climb at the tree. And they get 40 kilos of Avocados. The same price, they buy the Avocados 30 pesos per kilo. I don't get some photos of because I forgot to get permission.
In total we sold 70+ kilos of Avocados. 70+ because there are some of our neighbors buy 2-3 kilos. And of course I save for my self. Because I really love this fruit. And the season of Avocado's is only once a year.
That's all for today blog. Thanks you for passing by. Again this is your @langqt thank you and keep safe always.

Yes ma'am it's kinda cheap, but we know how hard the transportation here in our place. There are some muddy and Rocky road. And still thankful for this blessings. God bless ma'am🫰.

Ay anlaki pala ng puno. Congrats for the total sale! It's really good when we have fruit trees which we can get fruits from that we can sell. 👍
