Greetings, friends of Hive and @fulldeportes. Today I am going to share with you a walking workout I did in Los Meregoto Park, in the community of Cagua, Sucre municipality, Aragua state.
Cabe destacar que este parque es un espacio verde del municipio Sucre, en sus alrededores se encuentra la carretera nacional de Cagua y cerca hay un acceso para poder subir el cerro El Empalago, que no he tenido la oportunidad de subirlo. Este recorrido lo realicé hace una semana, despues de que finalizamos una jornada de formación, entonces en vez de tomar el autobús, le dije a mi esposa para caminar por este parque y disfrutar del aire natural en medio de esta comunidad.
It should be noted that this park is a green space in the municipality of Sucre. The Cagua national road runs nearby, and there is an access point close by to climb El Empalago hill, which I have not yet had the opportunity to do. I took this walk a week ago, after we finished a training session, so instead of taking the bus, I suggested to my wife that we walk through this park and enjoy the fresh air in the middle of this community.
En otros oportunidades les he mostrado, este parque, que permite a todas las personas hacer ejercicios, además de caminar, puede trotar, hacer barras, tiene una parte de gimnasio, con diferentes máquinas y también pueden traer sus mascotas para que se divierta en este espacio que está acondicionado para los perros también. Este parque los entes encargado mi imagino gubernamentales, tienen su personal que se encargan del mantenimiento, porque está en buenas condiciones.
On other occasions, I have shown you this park, which allows everyone to exercise. In addition to walking, you can jog, do pull-ups, and there is a gym area with different machines. You can also bring your pets to have fun in this space, which is also equipped for dogs. This park is maintained by the authorities, which I imagine are governmental, because it is in good condition.
Es un espacio,donde los jovenes y todas las personas adultas, pueden visitarlo para sentarse un rato y también con sus hijos que pueden disfrutar de un pequeño parque y pasarla bien en familia. Este parque me parece que están bien ubicados porque los que viven cerca el acceso es muy rápido para liberar el estrés y pasarla bien haciendo ejercicios, rodeado de grandes árboles a pesar de que la carretera está cerca, se siente el aire natural que brindan las sombras de los árboles.
It is a place where young people and adults can visit to sit for a while, and also bring their children, who can enjoy a small playground and have a good time with the family. I think this park is well located because those who live nearby have quick access to relieve stress and have a good time exercising, surrounded by large trees. Even though the road is nearby, you can feel the natural air provided by the shade of the trees.
