MULTIVITAMIN SMOOTHIE
Hello, friends, all drink-lovers, and community greetings.. Today, I’d like to share a special drink along with my knowledge on food and health, which relates to my educational background. This multivitamin drink provides a natural source of essential vitamins and minerals to meet your daily needs. Just be sure to check for any nut allergies before trying it.
40 minutes to prepare. sufficient for 2 people at morning.
The ingredients:
1 tbsp Melon seeds
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
5-6 cashews
5-6 almonds
10 pistachios
4-5 dates
1/2 cup orange juice
1 cup carrot juice
1 banana
All seeds and nuts have been soaked in cold water for around 3 hours
Here is the nutritional value of all these ingredients.
Melon seeds are a great source of proteins, vitamins (folate, thiamine, niacin, B6, pantothenic acid), minerals (magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, potassium, phosphorus, manganese), and fatty acids.
Pumpkin seeds provide antioxidants like vitamin E and carotenoids.
Cashews are rich in fiber and protein.
Almonds offer protein, fiber, vitamin E, calcium, copper, magnesium, riboflavin, iron, potassium, zinc, and B vitamins.
Pistachios are high in protein, fiber, several minerals, and vitamins (including B6, E, K, riboflavin, and folate).
Bananas are known for potassium, vitamin B6, and vitamin C.
Carrots provide vitamin A, biotin (vitamin H), and potassium.
Dates contain several vitamins, including small amounts of vitamin C and B vitamins (thiamine, riboflavin, niacin) and vitamin A.
Oranges are a good source of vitamin C.
Grate the carrots around 120 grams to get 1 cup juice.
Put it in a mixer jar and grind it to a fine paste.
Using cheesecloth, strain it and use the rest of the pulp in any sauce or bread.
Remove the seeds from dates.
And put it in the mixer jar.
Peel the almonds.
Remove the peels from pishatacios.
Discard water from soaked nuts and seeds.
They look nice and clean.
Already, dates are in the mixer jar.
Put the soaked and cleaned nuts.
Put the soaked pumpkin and melon seeds.
Using 2 tbsp of carrot juice, run the mixer until all nuts and seeds turn into a fine paste.
Here is the paste of nuts, seeds, and dates.
Rinse the mixer cover using some carrot juice and add it to the jar.
Add the remaining carrot juice to the paste.
Add orange juice.
Add banana slices.
Cover the mixer jar and run again for 2 minutes.
It becomes nice and smooth.
Pour in the glasses.
Use any garnish, some crushed nuts or fruits.
I used dry rose petals and mint.
Enjoy !!

This smoothie is very refreshing, yummy and healthy. This is really good for the body.
Started paying more attention to joint health after switching up my daily routine with new vitamins and smoothies. The usual multivitamins were fine, but I kept hearing about Omega-based supplements that supposedly help with inflammation and flexibility. Omega XL came up a lot, but I didn’t want to go in blind. I checked out what users were saying at https://omega-xl.pissedconsumer.com/review.html — some talked about noticeable improvements, others warned about billing and cancellation issues. Gave me a more balanced view before adding it to my daily stack.
