The palm sugar makes the tea even more spectacular especially the full cream milk that I use makes the tea very tasty and not like I usually drink tea. This drink is almost similar to thai tea, but there are some differences in processing and ingredients, especially palm sugar.

10 gram palm sugar
10 gram dried tea leaves
200 ml UHT milk
50 ml liquid palm sugar water
To taste grated cheese
To taste chia seeds

Making Procedure

Liquid palm sugar and granulated sugar bars are cooked in a pressure cooker by dissolving a spoonful of cornstarch to thicken the texture of the palm sugar.

Then cook the dry tea with 500 ml of water, allowing it to boil twice so that the tea is fully cooked.

The tea is strained in another glass, then set aside and allow the tea to cool.

I serve palm sugar in a glass, then add full cream milk. Add the tea and top with chiaseed and grated cheese.

The milk tea with palm sugar combination is ready to be enjoyed, you know I finished it all by myself, the first version without chilling the next glass version I keep in the refrigerator then I enjoy it cold. The taste is amazing, the combination of sweet, savory and fat of milk is indescribable, it's super hard to describe but it's a drink like the restaurant drinks I usually order combined with palm sugar.
