UPCYCLING DISHES

Hello dear friends,
after a long time that I haven't published any post here I am again with a new DIY that came to my mind while I was washing dishes 🤣
As some of them were a bit defected after having used them at least for fourty years I thought to keep the ones that always look good and use the others as decoration.
I wanted to paint over them, but knowing that most colors don't adhere I only had the cans available and so I came up with the idea of the masks 😁

Ciao cari amici,
dopo diverso tempo che non ho pubblicato un post rieccomi con un diy che mi é venuto in mente mentre stavo lavando i piatti 🤣
Siccome alcuni erano un po' difettati dopo averli usati minimo quarant' anni ho pensato di tenere quelli sempre belli e di usare gli altri come decorazione.
Volevo dipingerci sopra, ma sapendo che la maggior parte dei colori non aderiscono avevo solo le bombolette a disposizione e cosí mi é venuta l' idea delle mascherine 😁

I glued the pattern with the white of the egg, and then I did the same thing also in silver on a smaller plate,

Ho incollato la sagoma con il bianco dell' uovo, e poi ho fatto la stessa cosa anche in argento su un piattino piú piccolo,

and also with another one in gold 😊

e anche con un altro in oro 😊

So from a overhauled old plate it became a modern object that can be used as a deco, as a gift, or as a holder for chocolates and candies... I hope you like it too and thanks for following me 😍

Cosí da piatto stra rivisto é diventato un oggetto moderno che puó servire come deco, come regalo, o come porta cioccolatini e caramelle... spero che piaccia anche a voi e grazie per seguirmi 😍
