Disappointing push-up results but a nice amount of steps - November 10 2025

(Here you can see the next mushroom we came across on our mushroom-picking trip. According to Google Lens, it's a Clouded Funnel (Clitocybe nebularis). Does anyone know anything about mushrooms and can confirm this?)

Hi Actifitters,

I hope you're all doing well! After planning to get back into more intensive training yesterday, a few things came up again, of course. Nevertheless, I managed to complete my push-up workout, but with a very disappointing result.

I didn't even come close to achieving the number of repetitions I did in my last workout, neither with regular push-ups nor with close-grip push-ups. I'll keep the exact numbers to myself.

I'm not letting myself get discouraged, though. My motivation is still high and I have fun working out, but my mind just isn't clear lately. Plus, I'm really longing for a good night's sleep. As you can see, there are a few things that need to improve as soon as possible.

At least I was able to take an above-average number of steps yesterday. So not everything was bad.

I'm curious to see how well my pull-up workout goes today. I'm optimistic, but I'm not expecting any improvement.
