Yesterday I logged 16,889 steps on @actifit, almost 7,000 steps more than my daily 10K step goal. It was a busy Saturday that started with my parents delivering my a truck load of fire wood. It’s supposed to get super cold later this week so it will be good to have to keep the house warm. I then went to work at the orchard cleaning up debris from some pear trees that were chopped down. Today I spent the whole day sitting in traffic.
