Hello everyone, I hope everything is going well in your life and you are having a wonderful day. It was overcast today but very hot, on the advice of my doctor I no longer go for long walks when it is too hot. I went out at noon, but we sat in a cafe with friends and chatted and then I went back home. In the evening my friend came and we walked with him and we managed to exceed 10K.
There are daily free rewards on the Actifit app, and although I've been using it for a long time, I just saw the rewards. There are daily free rewards, 5K, 7K and 10K extra rewards and we earn AFIT by claiming them. I got 3 AFIT rewards today. Take care of your health and enjoy your life in a healthy way.
