Hello everyone in this community! I was feeling a little uncomfortable this morning. In these situations, I usually listen to some music to feel better (because my heart rate accelerates and I have trouble breathing). I also decided to use my emotional well-being app, which advised me to go for a walk to clear my head, and that's what I did. Or, more accurately, I had already planned it, haha, but what happened made me more determined and I went out to do the grocery shopping as soon as possible.
Normally, I'd go straight to where I usually shop and then come back. But this time, I decided to browse the shops first and then buy some groceries. So, I walked slower than usual, noticing the little details along the way: I saw some beautiful flowers, a super cute green car, and I even found a really interesting mural! Those little details made me smile, especially the wonderful mountain views that I usually get while walking. After just a few minutes of walking, I felt refreshed, especially feeling the warmth of the sun on my skin.
I was on a tight budget, but I was able to get everything on the list, so that made me happy too. When I got home, I also took advantage of the opportunity to dance a little. I'm not very good at it, but I'd like to learn some choreography, so I need to let my body loosen up little by little, as well as get over the embarrassment of my siblings seeing me dance alone haha 🕺

¡Hola a todos los integrantes de esta comunidad! Esta mañana pasé una molestia, en esos casos, suelo escuchar algo de música para sentirme mejor (porque mi ritmo cardiaco se acelera y me cuesta respirar), también decidí usar mi app de bienestar emocional y en ella, me aconsejaban salir a caminar para despejarme y eso hice. O más acertado sería decir que ya lo tenía planeado jaja pero lo ocurrido, me hizo estar más decidida y salir a hacer las compras de los víveres lo más pronto posible.
Normalmente, voy directo al sitio donde suelo comprar y luego regreso. Pero en ésta ocasión, decidí que primero daría una vuelta por los locales y finalmente, compraría. Por eso, caminé más lento de lo habitual e iba fijándome en los pequeños detalles que me encontraba en mi camino: vi unas flores muy lindas, un automóvil de color verde súper encantador y ¡Hasta conseguí un mural muy interesante! Esos pequeños detalles me hicieron sonreír, sobre todo la maravillosa vista de las montañas que se suele apreciar mientras voy caminando. A los pocos minutos de andar, me sentía renovada, sobre todo al sentir la calidez del sol sobre mi piel.
Tenía un presupuesto ajustado, pero pude conseguir todo lo de la lista, así que eso también me alegró. Cuando llegué a casa, aproveché también de bailar un poco. No soy muy buena en ello, pero me gustaría aprender algunas coreografías, así que necesito que mi cuerpo se vaya soltando poco a poco, así como perder la pena a que mis hermanos me vean bailar sola jaja 🕺

That’s right, my dear, when we feel that way, the best thing we can do is turn to the things we enjoy, even a cup of coffee, it can make all the difference 😇 Feeling guilty or berating ourselves won’t help things get better; over time, I’ve learned that those moments when my spirits are low are the best time to rest, take things easy, and remember what I like to do.
