Today is another day full of positive energy and many good activities. Let's start the day together, my friends.
Exercise that nourishes both body and mind. This morning, I woke up with the first light of the day. The silence of the dawn is my favorite time. Before starting my personal mission, I did not forget to feed my cats and parrots their delicious breakfast. When I saw them eating deliciously, I felt happy and ready to start the day to the fullest.
After taking care of my pets, it was time for my favorite activity, which is going for a run. I grabbed my favorite sneakers and put them on briskly, and also gave my husband sneakers. Ready to explore the running path on the familiar concrete road in the village. What was more special than every day was that this morning my husband joined me for a run, making my exercise more lively and fun. Having a running partner makes me not feel alone and also helps us push each other to reach our goals better. I started running from the concrete road in the village, running through the houses that were still quiet in the morning, heading to the area behind the temple, which is where we often see monks going out for alms on some days. Then we ran back to the road along the Trang River Canal. This is my favorite route. Today, the weather is very nice. The morning sunlight shines softly through the trees to the surface of the canal, creating a beautiful shimmering effect. The humidity in the air mixed with the smell of soil and plants that have just woken up from their slumber gives an indescribable feeling of freshness. Breathing in the fresh morning air like this helps wash away fatigue and fully energize the body. Most importantly, it also helps the body sweat a lot. It is a good sign that our exercise is working efficiently.
While we were running, my eyes did not stop. Instead, I looked around to absorb the beauty of nature that surrounded us. I noticed that the water level in the Trang River Canal had decreased slightly from yesterday. However, the water was still quite murky, which is normal for this canal. The atmosphere along the canal today was quiet but not lonely because there were the sounds of birds chirping, like music playing along with our steps. The sound of parrots chirping was added every now and then, as if lulling our exercise to be more enjoyable.
I did not miss opening the exercise application to record the distance and time used. We ran slowly, without rushing. Sometimes we talked about various stories. Sometimes we just stayed quiet and absorbed the atmosphere around us. Until reaching the goal set for each day, then running back to our warm white house, it is a perfect start to the day that makes you feel refreshed both physically and mentally.
Recharge with a warm breakfast in the beloved kitchen
When my feet touched the white floor, the first thing I did was head straight to the kitchen to prepare breakfast for everyone in the family. My morning routine started with picking up fragrant coffee beans to grind. The smell of freshly ground coffee was a great way to stimulate the senses. I carefully brewed hot coffee for me and my husband, and poured a large glass of cold water to quench our thirst after exercising. We sat at the kitchen table, sipping hot coffee, chatting about various things, and planning for the upcoming day. Starting the day with fragrant coffee and small conversations with the people we love is a great time to warm up and energize.
After finishing the coffee, the next task was to prepare a simple but nutritious breakfast for my beloved mother. I carefully fed my mother breakfast with care. When my mother finished eating, I helped her take a shower and get dressed. Then it was time for light physical therapy to strengthen her body and improve her mobility. When everything was in order, I let my mother rest fully because getting enough rest is important for her.

Garden house
I drove my favorite tricycle to our garden house, which is another area that I love and am attached to. Spending time in the garden house allows me to be close to nature and do activities that nourish my mind.
Today, the activities in the garden house are still the familiar daily routine and are full of happiness. Starting with plugging in the water to prepare a water basin for pets. Then I took our little turtle to soak in the water to help it release uric acid. It is a way to take care of our little pets closely. After that, I went upstairs to clean the cage of my favorite parrot. Cleaning the cage regularly is important to keep them hygienic. And when the cage is spotlessly clean, it is time to feed the colorful parrots that are chirping and waiting for food. When I finished, I went downstairs to feed the chickens, ducks and geese that were scratching around the pond for food. Their cries showed their excitement when they saw me walking in with food. And after feeding the poultry, I did not forget to take the turtle out of the water, feed it and clean the turtle cage again.

The result of care and abundant nature After finishing taking care of the pets It was time for my favorite activity in the garden, gardening. I started by watering the plants around the house calmly. The water pouring down on the dry soil made the smell of the soil float up to my nose. It was a refreshing and relaxing smell. After watering the plants, I walked into the garden to harvest the products that we had grown with our hard work, which were cutting bananas, bamboo shoots, and pineapples. This gardening activity was very fun and exciting! When I walked into the garden, I saw that some pineapples were ripe and yellow and ready to be harvested. As for the bananas in the garden that were naturally there, mynas and other birds had almost finished pecking at them! I walked around before cutting them down. It was a picture that reflected the abundance of nature in our garden that shared its produce with other living things. Today's gardening activity was really fun. So much fun that I forgot the time. I got plump bamboo shoots and many other ingredients. Everything was organic, grown with love, without using any chemicals, so you can be sure that they are fresh and safe. What was even more impressive was that while I was walking in the garden, I also found duck eggs and chicken eggs that had been left in the bushes. It's like a gift from nature that surprised and made me very happy.
Today, I will update my exercise and daily life stories here. I hope my friends will receive positive energy from my stories and be ready to start a new day with a smile.
The produce that fell to the front of the house
I almost forgot to tell another interesting story! When I drove back to the white house, the durians in front of our house were fully ripe and fell all over the ground. My husband and I did not hesitate to help pick the durians that were left on the tree to sell some and the rest we will share with our neighbors and eat ourselves. It is another little happiness that comes from the nature around us.
