After a night shift, I slept in this morning.
In the afternoon, my son and I went for a run, and at 5 p.m., I headed back to work for another 12-hour night shift.

Dopoledne jsem se vyspal po noční.
Odpoledne jsme si šli se synem zaběhat a v 17.00 hod jsem zase jel na noční 12 hod směnu.
It was drizzling a bit, but we went running anyway.
We took Cesmina and Dante with us and ran by Lake Medard.
Neither the light rain nor the muddy trail bothered us.

Sice trochu pršelo, ale přesto jsme si šli zaběhat.
Vzali jsme s sebou Cesmínu a Dantíka.
Běželi jsme u jezera Medard, mírné mrholení, ani bahno nám nevadilo.
