My Actifit Report Card: May 22 2025 Beautiful training day to unwind.

When you feel that your body responds to you, it is really wonderful and especially when you have the company of the sun that protects you even for a little while.

Cuando sentiste que el cuerpo te responde realmente es maravilloso y sobre todo cuando tenés la compañía del sol que te protege aunque sea por un ratito.

The first kilometers always cost a little bit more and it has to do with warming up, but then the body adjusts and everything flows normally. It's important to warm up before jogging and I do it by walking even if it's only two or three kilometers.

Los primeros kilómetros siempre cuestan un poquito más y tiene que ver hasta que entremos bien en calor pero luego el cuerpo se acomoda y todo fluye normalmente. Es importante entrar en calor antes de hacer trotes y lo hago caminando aunque sea dos o tres kilómetros.

Task completed for today. Tomorrow I have to do Pole sport and on Saturday we will go back to jogging as usual. We estimate that we will do the famous passes.
