Downtown Dahab was interesting with many dining options. The shops sell the same thing, but you can find some unique things if you have the time and if you can deal with the pestering of all the vendors. It's developed there, but I think it still offers a great cultural experience.

Yes, we heard that we missed heavy snow by just a few days. Probably it's because I arrived after midnight to rain and freezing cold, but I'm hoping Spring will come soon:)))
