Friends, a big hug to everyone. Yesterday, I showed you my first drawing dedicated to a very famous Rising Star card: the Energy Pizza deck. It was very gratifying for me to do this drawing because I'd never done one before on a card from that classification. If you haven't seen the drawing, don't worry; you can easily do so by checking out my last post. Well, today I'm bringing you a hand-drawn illustration of a deck just as interesting as yesterday's, and today I've painted the Coffee Cup. This one belongs to the same classification.
Like yesterday's deck, it performs a similar function: it replenishes energy when used. But it has important differences from the pizza deck. This one doesn't replenish 100% of your energy, but rather a small portion. Not even half, just a fraction. But be careful, this isn't its most important function; it hides a very useful feature when you're out of pizzas and don't have the patience or funds to get more energy. It increases the energy recharge speed. It's like using a quick charger on your cell phone. So, if you need to reach a small amount of energy in a specific time, this deck can help you a lot.
You can also combine it with other coffee decks to further accelerate the recharge speed. But there's one thing you should know: the duration is limited and only works for a few minutes. So you'll only be able to accelerate the speed for a short time. And that, in essence, is its function within the game.
I began the hand drawing by tracing the name of this deck on a piece of paper. Then, I used the ruler to trace the base and the internal elements, such as the second base and the square containing the name. You can see this in the images above. Now, in the next step, you can see the pencil coloring. I drew the small black squares just like yesterday's and included the coffee mark on the deck.
I highlighted the coffee cup with a black pencil to make it stand out a bit from the rest of the colors. And I liked the way it turned out. I'll also show you some of the materials used to make the drawing.
So I'm leaving as I arrived, with a big hug for everyone and looking forward to the next opportunity to present a new drawing.
