A little late for me to say this is a Friday buutttt yesterday I went back to the big bad wolf book sale because my sister wanted to see if she can get books for herself and books she may need for her board reviews. And this time, since I already saw most of the book selections, I took my time strolling around and taking pictures of interesting titles ^^
This was the entrance to the venue ^^ They really went a little all out this time but it's also been a while since they held a big bad wolf sale anywhere near where I am so it's been a while since I got to se. And the venue was reaaalllyyy big too
These were the shots I could take of the venue too, and I swear it was as big as the one they had of the SMX convention center UwU Almost as big as the one floor of the International Book fair I went to last September too. And that was 2 floors worth of books XD
Then this was some of the titles that I found interesting but I don't think I would buy them for myself XD probably for the kids. But I would probably get the marvel felt kit because that one looks soooooo fun!
Aside from that, They also have like.. small mech and trinkets like pins, art prints from local artists and I did buy a few Pokémon stickers just to put on my PC at work. I was hell bent on annoying my lab guardians by making the CPU look more cartoonish, and they really don't like that because it's not really private property. But that's their problem XD I like seeing acute squirtle and bulbasaur on my CPU
And that's how I welcomed my weekend! by being a little book worm again! I hope your Friday was good UwU Cuz mine was soooooo good!
I can't remember the last time I read a book 😂. It's been a long time now. I rarely see book sales like this in my area coz because people be using the internet to read what they want now but yeah reading with a literal book in your hands is a different experience.
i still prefer a real book and the people here love collecting things even when there's the internet. call it a screen break of sorts for us to pick up an actual book
I'm sure people do that here too but probably less I guess. Then again I don't really go out that much so how would I know 😅? I can say this though, it's definitely best for the eyes. My eye sight is bad again and I need an upgrade soon 🥹.
you really need to go out more man 🤣🤣 being a hermit is not healthy 🤣🤣🤣 but please take care of your eyes. wouldn't want to end up with much thicker glasses before you even turn 40
Yeah I was out today with my friend. I used to go out a lot but after a certain age your friends kinda scatter away for job opportunities so it's kinda dull to go alone but you are totally right about the health part haha.
I hope hive pumps xd. I might actually go for lasik if things get really bad. I hate wearing glasses.
