Visiting the Cat Park (En/ Es)

Near my house there is a park where people go to walk, exercise, play sports, or simply relax. Others go there to meet up, talk, or even dance. Children's parties are also held there. But what attracts me most about the place is that it has become a haven for stray cats, who have made it their home. This park is called Parque del Oeste Miranda, and it's a place I visit from time to time. Whenever I go, I can't help but take pictures of these inhabitants who roam around the park.

That's why I'm sharing the new photos I've taken of the place and telling you what happens in this park with regard to these cute cats. They started arriving little by little, perhaps attracted by food and water, but over time, many people began to bring their “pets” and abandon them there. I found this out when we took our cat Aurora with us on a visit so she could walk with us, and they didn't allow us to enter with her. For this reason, even though she had her identification tag and everything, the park rangers didn't allow it.

Although we would never, ever do that to our cats, they don't know that, and it's understandable. That day, we went home, but on other occasions when I have visited, I have seen cat lovers bring them food and water. but I have also seen how others have left evidence of their cruelty and mistreatment. On this visit, I saw a kitten with a ball of gum stuck to its fur, and although I tried to free it, I couldn't do so without causing it pain, so I left it alone. But this made me so angry that I didn't even take any photos; I just wanted to free it...

On the other hand, I noticed that there were female cats wearing belts, the kind used for sterilization care. That indicated to me that they somehow receive veterinary care, which made me very happy. I really enjoyed this walk, I hope you enjoyed it too, greetings!

Cerca de mi casa hay un parque donde las personas van a caminar a ejercitarse a practicar algún deporte o simplemente van a relajarse, otros van a reunirse para conversar, bailar incluso, también celebran fiestas infantiles allí, pero lo que a mí más me atrae del lugar, es que se ha convertido en un lugar donde han acogido a los gatos callejeros y han hecho de ese lugar su hogar y este parque se llama Parque del Oeste Miranda, es un lugar que de vez en cuando visito y siempre que voy, no puedo evitar tomarle fotos a estos habitantes que deambulan entre sus espacios.

Es por ello, que les comparto las nuevas fotos que he tomado del lugar y les voy comentando lo que pasa en este parque con respecto a estos lindos gatos. Ellos empezaron a llegar poco a poco, quizás atraídos por la comida, el agua, pero con el tiempo, muchas personas empezaron a entrar con sus "mascotas" y las abandonaban allí; de esto me entere cuando en una visita que hicimos, llevamos a nuestra gata Aurora para que paseara con nosotros y no nos permitieron el acceso con ella, por esta razón y a pesar de que ella tenía su plaquita de identificación y demás, los guardaparques no, no los permitieron.

Aunque nosotros, jamás, ni nunca, le haríamos eso a nuestros gatos, ellos no lo saben y se entiende. Ese día nos retiramos a casa; pero en otras ocasiones que les he visitado, he visto como personas amantes de los gatos les llevan comida, agua; pero también he podido ver como otros han dejado evidencia de su maldad y maltrato, en esta visita, vi como un gatito tenía una bola de chicle pegado a su pelaje y aunque intente liberarlo, no pude sin causarle dolor, así que lo deje tranquilo, pero esto me dio mucha indignación, tanto que ni fotos le tome, solo quería liberarlo...

Por otro lado, observé que había gatitas con sus fajas, de las que se utilizan para el cuidado de su esterilización. Eso me indicó que de alguna forma tienen alguna atención veterinaria y eso me alegró mucho. ¡Disfrute mucho de este paseo, espero que ustedes también lo hayan disfrutado, saludos!
