Hive does not need to achieve mass user adoption to be successful.

It has sufficient dedicated and widely spread community and talented people.
This is what "proof of brain" was originally about.

I feel that it is already successful and that a small, committed community is better than a large one of "fair weather friends".

Regarding Hive's price: adoption of this blockchain by developer, especially outside crypto as a secure, decentralised, permissionless database with unique abilities (like decentralised central notifications ie @podping) is what will ultimately drive up the Hive price.
