that is awesome, thank you for sharing your experience and comment! and yes for food restaurants the stats might be even more depressing! that's true, I hope I get to try this unique mix one day! :D at least there are food trucks for those to try first so they don't go all in on a brick and mortar restaurant without testing their idea first! but the city sure makes it difficult for those food trucks to do business smh gotta do what you can with what you've got!✌️
