Jang Dong-hyuk, the representative of the People's Power, attended the 46th anniversary of former President Park Chung-hee and said, "I will break through the huge crisis head on with the indomitable courage and determination of saving the country shown by former President Park as my resignation."
At a memorial service held at the Seoul National Cemetery today, Jang said, "The great country that former President Park built with blood and sweat is facing an unprecedented crisis," and said to former President Park, "I hope that you will bend this chaotic country from heaven and give us courage and wisdom once again."
"The anti-constitutional tyranny of the Lee Jae-myung regime and the big ruling party is violating the constitutional order and shaking liberal democracy and market economy," Chang said. "We will surely protect the Republic of Korea and the proud history of former President Park who sacrificed her life against the destruction of constitutional order and sedition politics."
Park Geun-ryeong, former chairman of the Yukyoung Foundation, former president Park's second daughter, the leadership of the People's Power, including Jang and floor leader Song Eon-seok, Seoul Mayor Oh Se-hoon, and Chung Jae-ho, chairman of the memorial committee, attended today's memorial ceremony, and former President Park Geun Hye did not attend.

They’ve really gathered with their own kind, haven’t they?
Now that they’re all together, I sincerely hope they build themselves a nice little townhouse, stay inside, and live happily ever after—without ever coming out.
For the sake of our nation’s progress, I truly hope that’s how it turns out.
