NFTs are taking the world by storm!
Non-fungible tokens, mainly used for collectibles and art. People are buying into these digital keepsakes thinking they'll last forever.

But often, this isn't true.

Most people think that when they’re buying an NFT, they’re getting an image that will sit in their account on the website they purchased it from. But what they’re actually getting is a link on a blockchain. And links can break.

Some people's NFTs have been disappearing from their accounts, and some have been disappearing from the internet altogether!

I dive under the hood of NFTs with Aaron Gooch, CTO at Realio Fund, to talk about which NFTs will last forever, and which are vaporware.

There are many NFT platforms out there to be wary of. But for the record, I think that NFTs are super cool -- only if they're done properly and are actually decentralized and stored with redundancy and permanency! Check out beginner's guide to NFTs: https://youtu.be/lvEOgtjrrqc

lol i have been thiking of getting a bit into nfts but yeah i don't rly get the value. I am oldschool I love prints and paper

I think we'll get used to digital things having value. I think that we just have to be careful that we're actually buying what we think we're buying

for sure, i still don't really understand whast rights the owner has over the work? can they print it or use it in an ad for example, or they only have the rights of say , buying a painting.

Actually copyright of the material isn't necessary even transferred with the NFT, a lot of people don't realize that.

Just found your page. Nice.

Interesting I'm going to have to watch this video.

And you gotta do your research! For sure!!!!

Wow very cool your Youtube channel and vids abouts Nft's
I'm in Venezuela and we are a small but cool comunity of CriptoArtist that Made some digital art, in My specific case I create digital art since 1998, but I create a way to "inmortalice" the nft with My project Human Canvas ... Cause i'm a tattoo shop owner so, I offer to My clients the digital artwork in 3 formats: the digital file / the printed file and the tattoo ^^

Here in venezuela the stuffs are like the same but we try to use a Lot of criptos and we try to teach a Lot of people about use it. Mostly for fight against this crisis. And each day more and more people are in here: hive or anothers blockchains for scape about the strong regulation that the dictatorial régimen put here.
Blessings and stay well

I really appreciate you watching! I'd love to know what the crypto scene is like in Venezuela, do people openly use it to purchase everyday goods? Which currencies are most common?
