I remember when my youngest son was a baby, he got amoebiasis, and they recommended giving him a bottle of green banana flour. That's when I learned how to make the flour to prepare the porridge and feed him. This food is prepared by boiling water; then, we dissolve the flour in water, as we would with cornstarch, and pour it into the boiling water. You can sweeten it and add spices such as cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg.

If my memory serves me correctly, it was the French sociologist Émile Durkheim who coined the construct of collective consciousness at the end of the nineteenth century. In two of his works: The Division of Social Work (1893) and The Rules of Sociological Method (1895), both of which, to be honest, I have not read, but debated intensely with my colleagues in a chair on social theory. Durkheim, one of the fathers of modern sociology, expounded something to the effect that collective consciousness is the set of beliefs and sentiments shared by the members of a society, which form a system with a life of its own.

A few months ago, I started making my own Greek yogurt at home, which is made from plain yogurt that is placed in a cloth filter and left in the refrigerator overnight to release all the whey it contains. I admit that at first I didn't know what to do with that whey. But, researching I learned that with this wonderful liquid you can prepare an infinite number of recipes, especially fermented beverages that are delicious and very healthy for our intestinal microbiota. In my search for more yogurt whey-based drinks, I discovered a recipe that is inspired by another Japanese probiotic drink called Yakult that is made with fermented milk. Since the recipe I bring you today has no name, I wanted to call it "Japanese Type Drink ”, but prepared without fermented milk.

Kiwi is a delicious fruit, I like to eat it in pieces, but in a smoothie it has an exceptional flavor and not only that, it provides a creamy consistency that I like to enjoy. I already had a few slices of pineapple in my fridge, so I decided to combine them with kiwi and to add an important touch of fiber I added a green apple.

I have been trying for years to cook recipes at home that I replicate from videos I get on the internet. Since I have been doing this practice my dishes have improved tremendously and best of all I keep my family happy and my belly full.
How do I do it? Well, today I am going to tell you a little bit about how you can organize this kind of life from the comfort of your own home.
Every Saturday my husband goes to the market very early in the morning to get the best vegetables and meats. He always tells me that it is better to leave early to take advantage of the time that now does not last long and also to arrive before many and not have to wait in line so long.
