Finally, I had a long, nice walk this morning.
The weather was perfect, sunny and warm, the kind of morning that makes you want to stay outside a little longer than usual. At the same time, it also made me wonder if it will rain later. It often happens that way here, when the morning feels too warm and too bright, the afternoon suddenly changes its mind and turns into rain. Maybe it will, maybe it won’t. I’ve learned that predicting the weather is like guessing someone’s mood.
Either way, I’m happy I went out early.

I took a bunch of photos along the way, so I can finally post again for my 365 days photo project. I love having this routine because it gives my walks a purpose, but it also gives my days a small sense of direction. Some mornings I don’t feel like doing much, but once I start walking and looking, something always catches my attention.
For today’s set, I ended up with a mix of small details that felt right together. A delicate flower hanging slightly off-center, a rough patch of moss or textured stone that looks almost like a tiny landscape, scattered leaves and pebbles, and a plant catching the sunlight in a way that makes its edges glow. Nothing dramatic, just quiet things that become interesting when you actually stop and notice them.
As usual, I’m still very fond of the black and white effect. It makes the contrasts stronger, the shadows deeper, and the highlights feel more intentional. Even on a bright sunny day, black and white keeps the mood calm for me. It turns the walk into something timeless, like I’m collecting small moments rather than just taking photos.
Anyway, I’m glad I got to move today, and I’m glad I got to shoot.
Have a good day ahead, and thank you for viewing my photos.
