#1067 - Mirador Grove Shots for Friday.

Good day once again dearest Hiveans across the world! This day carries a special feeling of weekend closure, a chance to gently wrap up our tasks and finally look ahead to the freedom of the next couple of days😂. Sending a huge wave of positive energy to each of us. Have a fantastic and fulfilling Friday😍.

Now for our daily shots, after paying an entrance fee of 150 pesos each which seems was a steep price for tourists to enter such a beautiful area. We got my wife, our friend Dandreb and I walked into Mirador Grove of the city of pines. Our first objective was the famous bamboo garden which did not disappoint. Walking in there was like stepping into a world of little bamboos. The bamboo stalks were slightly tall and dense and has made a green canopy high above our heads.

The sound here was incredibly peaceful with just a gentle, creaking whisper of the bamboo stalks swaying and some small chatters of other visitors. We stood there for a few minutes just taking the tranquil nature in.

From here, we just followed one of the traisl that led us through some flower gardens which was a complete difference to the greens of the bamboo forest. The path was lined with a stunning variety of flowers in different colors. We saw familiar ones like what we had in the province and many others I didn't know the names of, even unripe coffees were here.

The final part of our little journey was just nearby to their iconic red torii gate. Seeing it there once again standing proudly against the backdrop of the Baguio hills was still a stunning sight. We joined the long line of other visitors waiting to take a picture walking under it but we didn't have time so we left. But still the view near from the gate was magnificent. Dandreb sat nearby quickly and his photo was taken by my wife quickly while other visitors were there lined up.

Finally we left Mirador Grove feeling refreshed with that 150 peso fee a good price for the experience of walking through the bamboo forest, in their flower garden and the majestic red torrid gate. It was a perfect Baguio afternoon for us, this was after we came from a Hike in Kabayan Benguet.
