it almost has an aggressive quality about it and sometimes a person who tries to start conversation with strangers is seen as a kind of weird person like, why would someone talk to another person? That was just the norm before and I don't like the change. But I guess to be fair when I do meet someone who is up for a chat they tend to be the right kind of person and the crazies just stay on their phones, so there is that.
