Take care of your health. I fast periodically myself, that fascinating your issue with your eye seems to have responded to it.
I'll pop by Ureka this evening, keep up the good work.

Thanks - fasting accelerates autophagy, which is a process of removing damaged cells to allow space for regeneration. It is very powerful for healing all manner of things - the absence of energy expenditure on digestion leaves more available for other processes.
Here's a recent study on the effects of fasting on eye health. ;)
How long are you fasting for? I hope you make a full recovery. I do the 15-hour flash
Thankyou! In the past I have fasted for 2 weeks and was thinking to aim for similar this time, but I learned that it might be more suitable due to my eye problem to fast for 3 days instead. So I did that. I will repeat this maybe 2 more times - every 2 weeks. Then I might consider trying intermittent fasting for a while. If that doesn't achieve my goals then I'll try a full 2+ week fast - since at that point the alternative might be a difficult to arrange and risky laser opertion!
Wow, two weeks is a long time.😱 amazing
I met a woman recently that had done 56 days! I Think that's the longest of anyone I've met. The world record is over a year, but that guy was hugely overweight and his doctors gave him minerals throughout - it was to save his life and get his weight down.
After the first 3 days the hunger tends to stop, but you really need to not move around much or have anything to do.
She wanted to compete with Jani. 😅
Haha, she was just interested to see if she could do it. :)
