He has never asked for, accepted, or received in any way any amount of money for any personal expense. All of the funds are simply processed for vendors/sponsorships. In respect to the game, he can answer that best, probably in a dedicated post somewhere or in a chat if possible.

The quote sounds like its about hackathons. I'd just sort out anything game related on the Muterra discord or blog. I'll jump on there myself if it helps but I really don't know anything about the game aside from some development-related points.
