Ingredients
🍫 2 squares dark chocolate for garnish
☕ 1 cup 240ml strong coffee
🍶 1 oz 30ml Bailey's cream liqueur
🍊 1 oz 30ml Cointreau orange liqueur
🍦 Whipped cream for topping
Instructions
1- Prepare Chocolate Garnish:
Place the dark chocolate squares on the wooden cutting board.
Using the Sabatier chef's knife, chop or shave the dark chocolate into small pieces.
2- Prepare Coffee Base:
- Pour the strong coffee into the small, ribbed clear serving glass.
3- Add Liqueurs:
Add approximately 1 oz of Bailey's cream liqueur to the coffee.
Add approximately 1 oz of Cointreau orange liqueur to the coffee mixture.
4- Finish and Serve:
Top the drink generously with whipped cream using a spoon.
Sprinkle the prepared chocolate shavings over the whipped cream as a garnish.
