lol, you are bad, Alex - the poor guy's confused, just having recovered his autobiographical memory but still being in the dark about his past relationship with Tess - And, if that's not enough, having to contend with a sassy female detective in the present. I wonder who really has it all together when we're all scattered over time and different stages of awareness at various points in our lives. Do we ever finally integrate or just accept the fact that at different times we all were assholes?... and the fact that we're past that now is little consolation. Maybe this is my projection of reality, having been raised Catholic and educated at the Pontifical Institute - it might be just Catholic guilt.But then again, like all my protagonists, I'm perennially conflicted
