At the very least, it's worth a shot, isn't it? Sound baths and Reiki can't hurt, so why not at least try if you're feeling poorly is my view. I'm having a lot of fun with these lessons. My next one is targeted at shoulder pain and relieving the tension we hold (typically anger and defensiveness) in the chest/shoulder area. It's a lot of fun.
