I have somehow come up with a lot of excuses this week to not get out and workout. It has not been my best week. A few excuses that feel legit but that i need to kick out.
I am a little sick.
I am tired.
I am busy at work.
I have 3 kids that keep me busy.
While all might be true, i need to over come them. My health and keeping that health makes all the above work better.
I am off to the gym now. Go get it still. And don;t miss any days this weekend.
