The Last Door is a horror mystery point-and-click game with extremely low-resolution Pixel Art. The story follows a man who investigates his friend's suicide. The investigation leads him to an occult ritual he and his friends attempted in the past to reach behind "the veil."
The Last Door structure is divided into chapters. Each chapter was funded and released in a separate Kick Starter campaign. Each chapter focuses on one character or a theme, but they all progress the story substantially.
The gameplay is minimal, and the puzzles are confusing sometimes. I played this game while referring to a guide sometimes. I cared about the story more than gameplay, and The Last Door has more than a few secret achievements that I may wanted to collect.

I didn't know about this game, and I watched the video you shared. Honestly, I feel like it really conveys that aura of danger, mystery, and fear very well. The old-school style with pixel art takes me back to when I used to play as a kid, and I think if I played for a few hours, I would feel like a kid again, which might make me more prone to scares, ha ha ha. Thanks for sharing it here.
