I didn't know about this game, and I watched the video you shared. Honestly, I feel like it really conveys that aura of danger, mystery, and fear very well. The old-school style with pixel art takes me back to when I used to play as a kid, and I think if I played for a few hours, I would feel like a kid again, which might make me more prone to scares, ha ha ha.
