It's nice that you are doing what you can to help Hive users or newbies from your country. I hope they won't get dismayed when they don't get much initially. And quality is subjective. My judgment of a quality post might be different from yours. But like you said, if we treat our account like a business, then we need to do the work :)

Indeed quality can be judgement and so we are not qualified to judge the quality of other's post unless there are any kind of rules break of the community or contest. And In case of whales they have their own judgement. We just need to do better from our side.
