HIVE platform, not for short-sighted people

The Hive platform is one of the best platforms in my eyes, and decentralization is the beauty of this platform. It gives us full control over our assets and full control over our content we share. We can share anything, and nobody can restrict us from sharing our thoughts like other Web 2.0 platforms. As an example, we can think about Facebook and Twitter, where we are not allowed to share all the things. Those Web 2.0 platforms restrict us from sharing many things under the name of rule violation. But in Hive, there is no such issue. Additionally, the Hive platform offers us rewards, and it means we are getting appreciated for sharing our thoughts, and it also means we are not wasting our time here.

Finance always gets the attention of people, and naturally, the reward of the Hive platform catches the attention of others at the beginning, and people want to give it a try. Many people come to the platform because of impulsive decisions or the thought that making money is very easy. Believe it or not, if one wants to make money, they need to make efforts for it, and without making efforts, trying to get success is impossible, and for the Hive platform, it's the same. One needs to invest the time and make efforts to get something because nothing comes for free.

You may wonder why I am discussing such a topic. It's because in the last few months, some Hive users from my country knocked me on Facebook, Telegram, and Discord to know about the Hive platform. They didn't join Hive through my reference, but there is nothing wrong with sharing information with them because I have nothing to lose. In fact, I feel better when I see someone from my country active here. Unfortunately active user from my country is not so many. So I try to share all the information I know and try to encourage them as much as possible. I can understand that the beginning phase is struggling, although it became easier compared to past times. But still, it's not so easy for a beginner because at the beginning, users don't get the attention of any whales for upvotes.

Most of them want quick success, but it is nearly impossible because one needs to be patient to do better here. Nobody can achieve anything here by rushing. Most of them ask questions, and the question is how to get upvotes from whales. Continuously making good content gets the attention of whales somehow, which is just a matter of time. But they ask me exactly what to do to ensure the upvote from whales. I also don't know the exact answer. If I knew about it, I would take upvotes from all the whales, and I would be rich till now 😅. In my case, I just try to improve my post quality and try to engage with more users, and in the case of rewards, I leave it to my fate, and that means I don't expect too much as rewards. It's the best way not to be discouraged.

Another thing that irritates me is when someone asks me why another person gets huge upvotes when his content quality is not so good. In a word, they want to say some posts don't deserve so many rewards. It means they become jealous to see others getting rewards. I don't understand who are they to determine the post quality of others. They are not judged here. Rather than judging others posts, I think they should focus on improving their post quality.

A Hive account is like a business, and businesses can't achieve success within a short time. It takes time to grow. With time, one can gain experience and get rewards if one makes continuous efforts.
