Wise words. I've been living them since 1986.

It's OK and even expected to study something well enough to do it properly the first time (most especially when life and death are involved). Still, we learn far more from the mistakes we make, and the best place to make mistakes is in a game. If we have fun along the way, that's just bonus.

I hope things are going well with your dCity gaming experiences. Just be sure not to build a nuclear plant over a native burial ground. Nothing good ever comes out of that when that happens.
