@steevc just finished a 10.76km run, that lasted for 65 minutes.
This run helped steevc burn 833.0 calories.

Description from Strava:
Yesterday we were working on clearing out a house. There was also lots of driving and so I was worn out by the time we got home. Of course I still wanted to run today. I feel I am making progress and there is also the company challenge for May, so I am wanting to log activities.

I did the run up to Langford today. That is all fairly flat, but I did start by going over the railway on the big road bridge. I nearly ran into a cyclist coming down the path from there. Then it was up past the parkrun course and then the lakes. Along there I passed another guy who was doing a similar pace. It was nice out there, but a little warmer than I like.

I was finding it hard work today, but wanted to keep going. The sun was shining, but the local wind turbines were barely turning. As I crossed the river I took a photo and the guy I overtook came back past me. I was not that bothered about it, but I suspected that I would pass him again. As we went past the woods I diverted off to run under the trees, but after I came out he was not that far ahead and so I passed him again. I do not look back as it is not about beating someone else, but he gave me some extra incentive to pick up the pace.

By the time I got back to Arlesey and crossed the railway again on the footbridge I had had enough really. I just jogged back home from there.

Today the Greenway Challenge Half Marathon is happening. I have run it a few times, but am not feeling up to it just now. I will try to build up my distances again.

I shall be taking it easy for the rest of the day, but I have a few jobs to do.

Enjoy your Sunday and run free!

Is it lake or creek? Seems creek to me in the photo. I would like to put my camp stool and drink beer nearby it :)
