[ENG] I ended up with an extra night shift at work, covering for a colleague who is on vacation. I would have preferred three nights in a row, but I can't complain. I had a chance to work out by myself. This time, for my warm-up, I chose the spin bike – five minutes was enough for the first drops of sweat to appear on my forehead. The weight training didn't give me much trouble; the load and the number of reps in the sets were perfectly adjusted. To finish the night workout, I got back on the spin bike, and fifteen minutes of pedaling made me sweat buckets.

[ENG] Friday was quite lazy. I slept in longer than I had planned after the night shift, as the fatigue really caught up with me. The weather outside didn't make me want to get out of bed. It only cleared up a bit towards the evening, and we could hope for an hour without rain. That was the theory, at least, because I got a bit soaked during my run, but a light spring shower like that is bearable. My Garmin suggested a 43-minute easy run, so I had to add almost two kilometers to my classic loop around the neighborhood. The added section led over a small hill where I had set a personal best at the end of April. Yesterday, my time on that segment was just a few seconds off that record.
