You are late kinda late :) whole thing with podcasters taking over media happened before elections and now these tech giants realized that podcasters have power and try to clean up theirs image, manipulate perception.
This is not just any tech giant.
And it's not just any podcaster.
I've observed the whole thing; from when CNN attacked pewdipie however many years ago, the Joe Rogan 'horse dewormer' Ivermectin thing and all inbetween.
"You look like a guy who watched a youtube tutorial on how to be a guy" to Zuckerberg's face was something new. XD
