RE: Qurator's Mischievous Mondays | The Day Sleep Stopped Working

It's just a small sample of what would happen in a certain place, if you stopped having a daytime break...

Restorative naps are being banned around the world, in companies, schools, universities, colleges, etc.

Companies consider it a waste of time and money to give their employees an hour's break during a nine-hour workday.

It is a live study, and the results will be seen as they are obtained. Most employees, although protesting, have no choice but to obey orders. At first, it seemed that things were working the same, but as the days went by, people became more difficult to deal with. Hostility could be felt with customers and even among themselves. All this accumulated energy was now present more frequently, and people exploded in the presence of the most demanding customers.

Patience and consideration no longer existed. There were more layoffs and resignations, and the losses were soon noticeable.

Those who supported the brilliant idea of taking away the break time for full-time staff were congratulated with immediate dismissal, without the right to reply.

All companies returned to giving their employees a break. The live study resulted in more losses for companies than before that decision. Again, over the months, things began to normalize little by little. The damage had been almost irreparable, but they were managing to channel it well.
