I still have a bunch of new silver that I’ve never showed off. I’m just slowly working through it. I really like buying it in bulk and then sharing it slowly.
Tonight I was looking through this coin with Paul Revere on it. I thought I’d do a little more research on him because all I know about him is that he did the famous midnight ride.
Well, the first thing that came up under his name was silversmith.
I guess you learn something new every day. But what a cool thing to have a token in your honor if you were a silversmith.
This coin has really good detail to it. I’m impressed with both the front and the back. I’m a little shocked that it says four 9s fine, but I’ll take it.

I like picking up historic coins when I can. I think that comes from my dad and grandpa. They always like to pick up pieces of history. It also goes right along with us trying to collect pieces of sports history.
