Do you believe the old saying that you can only have 3 of the above?
This week has pushed me to my limits. Work and family has been very busy. I have had to fight for some sleep and fitness. I tend to usually cut out friends since most of my friends are work mates or my family.
We were having a discussion about this today at work as I was complaining about how it's hard to get to the gym as often as I would like. I don't really play buy the rule that you can only have 3 of the five. I just think that it ebbs and flows between these areas of life. There are times when I only have time for work and other times just family. I do think that I am pretty good the last year and giving pretty good time to all the areas.
I would probably add in 2 other areas that I try to put in time and effort.
Education and Religion.
Fitness is the the one I have to focus on the most to make sure that I have time for it.
